Now Addiction Treatment is an informational website that connects consumers with third party service providers. Do we collect information about children?
No, we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected such information, we will delete it from our database. We have no such information to use or to disclose to third parties or to otherwise report, including under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We do not have actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under the age of 16.

How do we use or disclose sensitive information?

What is the “refer a friend” feature?
Parts of Company's Service may offer you the opportunity to easily notify a friend of the offer or information promoted on the website. If you choose to use our referral service, we will ask you for your friend's information, including name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email invitation to visit the website. Company stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact us to request that we remove this information from our database.

Do we respond to Do Not Track (DNT) Signals?
No, our Service does not currently respond to DNT requests. DNT is a feature that, when enabled, sends a signal to websites to request that your browsing is not tracked.

How do we update this Privacy Policy?
We will update this Privacy Policy periodically, when our privacy practices change, or as otherwise required or permitted by law. Each time you use the Service, the current version of this Privacy Policy will apply.
